Service Description
KEM Mobile Auto Repair provides professional mobile brake inspection and repair services at the customer's location. Services may include brake pad and rotor replacement, brake fluid service, brake system inspection, and related brake repairs. Pricing and labor time vary depending on the vehicle and repairs required. An estimate will be provided for customer authorization before repairs are performed. Additional repairs or parts identified during service will require customer approval before proceeding. Roadside repairs are not provided.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows may also be subject to a fee. Because KEM Mobile Auto Repair travels to the customer's location, customers are responsible for providing an accurate service address and ensuring the vehicle is accessible in a safe and suitable location for service. Diagnostic appointments are for diagnostic evaluation only. Parts, repairs, and additional labor are not included unless separately estimated and authorized by the customer.
