Service Description
Professional oil change service performed right at your home or office using the manufacturer-recommended oil type and a quality oil filter. Service includes a complimentary multi point inspection of key vehicle systems. Pricing varies by vehicle, oil capacity, oil type, and filter requirements.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows may also be subject to a fee. Because KEM Mobile Auto Repair travels to the customer's location, customers are responsible for providing an accurate service address and ensuring the vehicle is accessible in a safe and suitable location for service. Diagnostic appointments are for diagnostic evaluation only. Parts, repairs, and additional labor are not included unless separately estimated and authorized by the customer.
