Service Description
KEM Mobile Auto Repair provides professional mobile vehicle diagnostic services at the customer’s location. Service includes an initial assessment of the customer’s concern, diagnostic scan when applicable, and testing to help identify the cause of the issue. The $125 diagnostic fee covers up to one hour of diagnostic service. Additional diagnostic time, if required, will be discussed with and authorized by the customer before proceeding. Repairs, parts, and additional labor are not included in the diagnostic fee.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows may also be subject to a fee. Because KEM Mobile Auto Repair travels to the customer's location, customers are responsible for providing an accurate service address and ensuring the vehicle is accessible in a safe and suitable location for service. Diagnostic appointments are for diagnostic evaluation only. Parts, repairs, and additional labor are not included unless separately estimated and authorized by the customer.
